Vacation Rental Description

Casa Manana is located 15 miles south of the Cancun Airport and 30  
minutes south of Cancun and the hotel zone. Because of the Casa's  
location, you have all the conveniences of a central location such  
as easy drives to the big city of Cancun and other tourist  
destinations, yet you are able to escape back to a beautiful,  
private location to relax and enjoy the beauty of a huge white sand  
beach and the turquoise Caribbean waters. Casa Manana is a 2,300   
square foot home with 3 bedrooms and 4 baths. All bedrooms are fully  
air-conditioned and each has a private bath. There are two bedrooms  
in the main villa and a third bedroom which is a studio apartment  
with a private entrance. The studio apartment is in the same  
structure, is included in the rental of the house, and never rented  
seperatly. The casa comfortably sleeps 6. There is a king-size bed  
in one of the houses main bedrooms and two doubles in the other; the  
studio has a queen-size bed. A queen blowup mattress is also  
available. All rooms have great views of the Caribbean. There is a  
large private sun deck beach side, with sun and shade areas and an  
outdoor dining table. Other features include a balcony off the main  
bedrooms, completely walled in play yard on street side of casa,  
parking in front of the casa, a fully equipped kitchen, dinning  
room, living room.

The villa has all of the modern conveniences. Maid service is  
provided and an English speaking manager is available to answer your  
questions or provide assistance.The villa has satellite TV., a fully  
equiped kitchen with a dining area and living room with views of the  
beach from every room. There is a large deck overlooking the beach  
with lounge chairs and a palapa covered table for outdoor dining and  
gathering.

Activities and Attractions

In front of the villa is some of the best snorkeling in the world.  
The Maya Reef is the second largest great barrier reef in the world.  
It is 800 miles long. Walk the wonderful powder white beaches,  
gather shells, swim and snorkel in the 85 degree turquoise water  
(150 ft. visibility). Explore Mayan ruins or a botanical garden,  
swim with dauphins, go for a jungle tour or go to a discotheque in  
Cancun. Watch the sun rise over the sea, have a private breakfast on  
the deck overlooking the beach. The villa has all of the modern  
conveniences. Maid service is provided and an English speaking  
manager is available to answer your questions or provide assistance.

Dec 1 '08- Apr 30 '09 $1,590/7 days, 6 nights  or $265/night(1-4  
Persons) Each extra person is $25/night  
 
May 1 2008 - Dec 1 2008 $ 1,440/7 days, 6 nights or $240  (1-4  
persons) Each extra person is $25/night 
 
Special Holidays: Christmas, New Year's (Dec. 21 - Jan. 4) $2700/7  
days,6 nights or $450/night  (1-4 Persons) Each extra person is  
40/night. 50% deposit due upon reservation and the remainder of the  
rent is due 60 days prior to arrival for holidays.  
 
Cancelation Policy: 
 
91+ days prior to arrival - 20% of rent 
61-90 days prior to arrival - 50% of rent 
Less than 60 days prior to arrival - 100% of rent 
Christmas and New Years - 100% of rent 
 
A $200.00 security deposit is due with final rent payment and will  
be returned within 10 days of departure.
