toaster, coffee-maker, outdoor shower, stereo/cd player/radio, 
dishwasher, high-speed internet access, washer/dryer,Linens ARE 
provided. 2 Queens, 1 Full and 2 twins. NO SMOKING. NO PETS.   
 
Ochlockonee Bay Realty is pleased to offer a wide variety of 
gulf-front, bayfront and riverfront vacation rentals. These fine 
vacation homes can be rented on a weekend, weekly or monthly basis in 
a beautiful outdoors atmosphere that offers sunny beaches, great 
fishing, hiking, hunting, sailing, bicycling and much, much more. 
 
The seafood restaurants in this area are the best in the country and 
offer fresh seafood at reasonable prices. Our area offers a coastal 
environment that remains unspoiled by over-development as 70% of our 
community remains in government parks, forests and refuge. Our 
laid-back beaches, rivers, bays and forests are reminiscent of Florida 
in days gone by! 
 
 
Reservations: 
 
Reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis. Tentative 
reservations are taken by phone. To confirm reservations, we must 
receive your signed contract and a rental deposit within ten (10) 
business days after booking. Reservations are accepted up to one year 
in advance and can be made seven days a week. However, availability 
and rates are not guaranteed for the following season. Each rental 
lists the number it sleeps and this is the maximum number allowed. 
 
The minimum rental period is three (3) nights, unless otherwise 
specified. Rental balance, tax and security deposit are due upon or 
before arrival. We accept traveler's checks, personal checks, cashiers 
checks or certified checks. Driver License numbers are required. NO 
credit cards are accepted. All rates are subject to an 9% Florida 
Sales Tax. Prices are subject to change. 
 
Security Deposits: 
 
A security deposit is required to secure all reservations. Monthly 
rentals may require a larger deposit. This deposit is not applied to 
rent and automatically converts to a damage/security deposit upon 
check-in. Deposits are not refundable, unless canceled thirty (30) 
days or more prior to your reservation date. In the event of a 
cancellation within the 30 days to guests arrival, the deposit will be 
refunded IF and only if the unit re-rents with no lost time or 
revenue. The deposit will be fully refundable by check within seven 
(7) business days after your departure, providing there were no 
damages to the unit, all keys are returned, unit is left in neat 
condition and no rules are broken during the stay. 
 
Our rentals are Non-Smoking units. Pets Are Not Allowed in most units. 
Contact the rental team for a list of homes that will accept pets. We 
have a minimum age requirement of 25. All persons must be over the age 
of 25 unless accompanied by a parent.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

Rates: 
October-March: $1,450.00/week 
               $800.00/weekend 
*Holidays: $1,650.00/week 
           $900.00/weekend

*$75.00 cleaning fee withheld from Security Deposit. 
$500.00 refundable security deposit required.
