the amenities you expect.Second floor 3 bedroom, 2 bath 1,350 square
feet condominium. Elevator to the 2nd floor. Accommodations for  
Eight. Master bedroom king size bed. Second bedroom queen
size bed and the third bedroom - two twins and a Trundle bed(for either 2 twins or a king). Fully
equipped kitchen and laundry room. Central air and heat. Only steps
to the beach. Two freshwater pools with one viewed from our private
balcony. Linens and towels are provided. Telephone ( local calls
free ) and 3 cable TVs/
VCRs and CD /DVD player. Sorry, no pets or smoking in

St. Augustine, the nation's oldest city. Close to many local
attractions, restaurants, sporting activities, outlet shopping, and
groceries. Forty five minutes from Jacksonville and Daytona, less
than 2 hours to the Kennedy Space Center and Orlando. About one hour
to the Ocala National Forest and the crystal clear Florida fresh

There is a $95 housekeeping fee and a $250 security deposit which
also serves to hold the reservation. We accept certified checks,
money orders within 45 days of your planned stay. We
