Vacation Rental Description
In the mornings you will awaken to the chorus of wild birds and gentle
trade winds.
You will experience spectacular sweeping views out to the ocean that
will take your breath away, and within a few minutes drive you are on
pristine white sandy beaches.
The rental has it’s own private entrance complete with tropical plants
and a water fountain with beautiful natural slate flooring. The
beautiful suite has 1 King size bed, and cool tile flooring through
out, air conditioning, a ceiling fan and tropical decor and in the
bathroom there is a Jacuzzi bath tub. There is Cable TV/VCR/DVD player
with an extensive video library to choose from. There is a large
sliding glass door that leads out on to your own private lanai.
Because you are looking West, you also get those gorgeous sunsets that
Hawaii is so famous for. On clear days, you can even see Kauai and Niihau.
Upon your arrival, you will find a “Welcome Basket” filled with local
fruits, Kona coffee and other goodies for your enjoyment.
This rental is “Self-Catering”, and does not include breakfast.

The North Shore coastline is home to some of the worlds most
legendary surfing spots - Sunset Beach, the Banzai Pipeline and
Waimea Bay. All are just a short 5-8 minutes drive away. Shark’s Cove
is one of the premiere snorkeling and scuba diving areas on the
Island and is only a 5 minute drive away.
Pupukea is a paradise for biking, walking, and hiking, with many
trails to explore with beautiful ocean vistas.
Located less than a 5 minute drive away is a Foodland Grocery Store
and a Starbucks. Within a 10 minutes drive you will find Historic
Haleiwa Town, with several good Restaurants, Art Galleries, Surf
Shops, and the world famous Matsumoto’s. (Hawaiian Shaved Ice) Also,
tennis courts and two 18 hole championship golf courses located at
the Turtle Bay Resort. Waikiki is only an hours drive away, and 45
minutes to the airport.

Note: Smoking is allowed only outside on the lanai, and no pets
please. This rental is for a maximum of 2 adults. No Exceptions.

Included with your stay you will receive a "Welcome Basket" full of

Bird watching, golf, tennis, mountain biking, hiking trails,
snorkeling, whale watching, surfing, wind surfing, jet ski rentals,
scuba diving, sailing, glider rides, sky diving, horseback riding,
boogie boarding, and kayaking.
The Polynesian Cultural Center is only a 30 minutes drive away,
Waimea Falls Park is a 5 minutes drive away.
Vacation Rental Rates
High Season November through March $875 wk 30 day minimum $3,750 Month
Low Season April through October $700 wk 30 day minimum $3,000 Month
It requires that 50% of the rental amount be paid to confirm and
hold the reservation. The remainder is due no later than 30 days prior
to your arrival.
There is also a $150 Refundable Security Deposit added to
cover any damages or any additional cleaning that may be required.
The security deposit will be refunded within 30 days after your
departure. There will be State Tax's and a non-refundable $75
refurbishing/cleaning fee that will be added to all rates. Cancellation
Polity: All payments are non-refundable unless given 60 days notice.
All utilities are included. Hawaii is 3 hours behind Pacific Standard
Time. Please do not call before 9:00am Hawaiian Time.
