Vacation Rental Description

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath mobile home was remodeledd with love and care 
in Oct. 2006. It has all new appliances, new rattan furniture, 
laminated wood floors and new bathrooms. Our spacious mobile home 
sits on direct access deep water canal waiting for you to bring your 
boat or rent one. We are right on the water, only minutes by boat to 
the Intracoastal Waterway, Pine Island Sound and the outer Island 
Beaches at Sanibel, Captiva and Cayo Costa. Pine Island's tropical 
and relaxing climate makes it a perfect vacation destination. Enjoy 
the available kayak renatls, golf, charter cruises, bike paths, wild 
life, community pool and the restaurants that are accessible by 
boat. We are located near Cape Coral and Ft. Myers and only a short 
drive to Tampa Bay and Orlando attractions.

A short drive to "The Fishing Bridge on Pine Island Road,  historic 
village shopping, art gallaries and local seafood restaurants.  
Charter a boat or bring your own, kayak and canoe rental. Take a 
ferry to Cabbage Key or Cayo Costa. Enjoy the Sun Splash Water Park, 
Greenwell's park (batting cages, go-cart tracks, arcade, game room, 
paintball park, water tag, 4000 sq ft maze, playground, and 
miniature golf). Royal Tee Country Club (27 hole championship 
course, 
driving range, tennis, golf instruction and proshop).
Sitting on the dock and enjoying the sun while dolphins and manatees 
swim by in the canal.

Vacation Rental Rates

May - Sept  $2,100/monthly; $600/weekly
Oct - Nov   $2,200/monthly; $650/weekly
Dec - April $2,300  
$135.00 per night- 3 night minimum
$500 Refundable Damage Deposit in US funds, plus 50% total to reserve

Rates are based on up to 9 person occupancy.
Monthly rental rates run from the 1st thru the last day of the 
month. Weekly rentals run from Saturday to Sunday(Example). 
$500 Refundable Damage Deposit in US funds, plus 50% total to 
reserve. Balance of rental is due "10" working days prior to stay in 
US funds. 
25% Cancellation Fee when not notified 2 weeks in advance. 
Reservation Cleaning Fee:$100.00 Check In/Out time is flexible.
