restaurants.

It is 5 minutes from pubic fishing pier and public boat ramp, tennis

It is very near a public beach at Port Charlotte. For only $3.00, you
can enjoy the public beach. SIESTA KEY Beach is 40 mins and FT. Myers
beach is 45 mins.

The house is located along million dollar homes and Collingswood
point, water front & beautiful executive homes. It is a nice area to
walk in the morning because it's almost to a cul-de suk & dead end
street.

Church is also a few minutes away. There are 2 big hospitals within 7
minutes or less drive - Peace River and Faucet Hospital. The regional
hospital is about 15 minutes.

Very nice area to relax and spend your winter season because it is
away from all cities and traffic and yet very close to all convenience
and activities.
