Sleeps 4 comfortably, however, will sleep 6. Located poolside with private deck leading to pool. Tastefully decorated and offers a warm and
cozy cottage feel. Seconds to "non-drive" beach. You can literally
be on the beach within a short 2 minute walk directly across the
street. Bring your beach towel, swimsuit and toothbrush and begin
to enjoy a "getaway". This villa is quaint, quiet and offers a
relaxing atmosphere. Close to shopping and dining.

Villa is located pool side and steps from the beautiful beach of New
Smyrna. Washer/Dryer is located in villa for convenience. Fully
equipped Kitchen and all linens are provided for your convenience
too. TV's located in Living room and Master Bedroom. Living room
includes DVD.
