Pool has privacy walls with no rear neighbors. Perfect vacation home for your family!
Disney is about a 5-10 minute drive, Universal Studios & Sea World are about a 15 minute drive, Busch Gardens is about a 1 hour drive and the ocean on each coast is roughly 90 minutes drive.
All linens and towels are provided. This home includes a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and utensils. There is a full size washer and dryer, central air & heat, iron and ironing board, telephone service, patio table and chairs.
There is a shopping plaza about a mile away which has restaurants such as Red Lobster, Outback Steak House, Carrabba's and Giordano's Italian restaurants, Subway and Dairy Queen, a medical care facility and a drug store.

New Year’s Eve - only 2 night minimum if Christmas is already reserved for this home.
Reservations can not be made more than 10 months in advance.
1. $250 reservation deposit required to hold the unit. (non-refundable)
2. Total rental payment is due no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival.
3. No refunds within 6 weeks of arrival.
4. $50 non-refundable “damage waiver” is due in lieu of holding a damage deposit. The damage waiver fee is included in the reservation total payment due 6 weeks from arrival.
5. A Rental Agreement will be emailed once reservation is made and must be completed, signed and returned by fax (or email scanned) within 3 days. All your paperwork is done upfront so that there are no registration forms or other check in requirements upon your arrival. Your party will check in directly to your vacation home without any need to visit our office at any time.
6. We use unique time sensitive keyless access codes for our homes. Your specific code will be included on your driving directions that we will email 7 days prior to your arrival. Please don’t use Map Quest or navigation – you will get lost!
7. Check in time is from 4 PM EST. Check out is no later than 10 AM EST.
8. Reservation can only be made by the credit card holder. Must be 25 years or older. Only the credit card holder can complete the reservation paperwork.
9. Absolutely No Pets and No Smoking inside property.
10. Maximum Occupancy (including infants) is limited to the “Sleeps Up To” amount stated above and is strictly enforced per local regulations and fire codes.
11. The spa is heated yearly. The pool is heated to 80-85° October through May.
12. A gas grill can be provided for $45 per week (delivered, clean, full of gas).
Regulations require grills to be used and kept outside the pool enclosure.
13. Last minute reservations or stays more than 2 weeks require a separate refundable damage deposit instead of a damage waiver.
14. Long term/monthly stays require a $500 reservation deposit. (non-refundable)
