It's a 3 bedrooms with two bathrooms corner apartment on the 21st
floor of Playa Azul #1 Apt. 2101 with spectacular view of the ocean
and the contryside. It is attractively furnitured with a king size
bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom and a
full bed in the third bedroom. This condo offers all the amenities
expected in a relaxing vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped
including silverware, pans, utensils, Microwave oven, blender coffee
maker, toaster, Dishwasher, washer and dryer. Also two TV's, 2VCR's,
2DVD's, radio/CD Player, Telephone and Cable TV. The three bedrooms
are equipped with bed linens, bath towels and beach towels. Playpen
is also available. The three bedrooms have A/C.

The Condo Complex has a swimming pool, tennis court, basketball
courts, playground and 24 hours security guard. The Condo is located
in the Luquillo beach. This is a red-golden sandy beach suitable for
swimming, snorkeling and water sports.

Condominio Playa Azul is ideally located about 5 minutes from the
famous Beach "EL Balneario de Luquillo", although, the
complex is right on a semi-private beach all by itself. Use the
beach gate and you will be right on the Atlantic Ocean. It is
located 10 minutes from the Westin Rio Mar and El Conquistador
Resorts and 15 minutes from El Yunque National Rain Forest. It is
also only 15 minutes from Bahia Beach Plantation Golf Course
Rio Grande, Puerto Rico.
Also close to supermarkets, pharmacy and fast food. The Condo is
about 40 minutes from the International Airport Luis Munoz Marin in
San Juan.
