Vacation Rental Description

A cute and cozy studio located in Mission Hills (central San Diego), 
just up the hill from the India Street restaurant district and 
National Comedy Theater and just down the hill from Hillcrest and 
Metro-San Diego.  We're close to just about everything!

Vacation Rental Amenities

The studio is equipped with a kitchenette w/under-counter 
refrigerator, microwave and  
coffee-maker, big-screen TV w/DVD and plenty of closet space.  
 
For those with a wireless capable laptop we offer free high-speed 
Internet access! (WPA-PSK Encryption only) 
 
The studio has 1 Queen-size bed, with a Simmons BeautyRest mattress, 
and 1 Twin-size futon with a Tempur-Pedic mattress. 
 
This is a NON SMOKING & Pet Free studio!

Activities and Attractions

Only a five block walk down the hill to the Washington Street  
station for the San Diego Trolley, with easy access to the Gaslamp  
District and Downtown, Mission Valley, Petco Park, Qualcomm Stadium  
and even Tijuana.  Centrally located only five minutes from Balboa  
Park and the San Diego Zoo, 7-10 minutes to Ocean Beach, Mission  
Beach or Pacific Beach.  Mission Hills commercial district and 
Hillcrest commercial district both less than five minutes away by car.

Vacation Rental Rates

Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.  Please 
call or email us for Holiday rates. 
 
A minimum of 3-night reservation is required! 
 
SPECIAL: Nov & Dec 2008: $75 a Night, $495 a Week 
 
Summer 2009: $105 a Night (Memorial Day Weekend - September 30) 
 
Winter: $85 a Night, $525 a Week, $1950 a Month 
 
 
A non-refundable Cleaning Fee of $45 will be added to all stays. 
 
50% of the total is due at time of reservation (money order or 
personal check) and the remainder is due upon arrival (cash or money 
order).  Deposit will be retained for any cancellations made within 
thirty days of arrival.  Partial refunds will be given if the 
apartment is re-rented during the period canceled.
