Beach front condominium. Completely remodeled.
Unit looks over the Gulf of Mexico and the large pool deck.
New tile floors throughout, new Kitchen cabinets with Corian
counters. All new furniture. This condo is beautiful and in
pristine condition.
Exterior including pool area renovated in 2007.
Large eat in kitchen, full dining room, great room with balcony that
overlooks the beach and the pool, master suite has king size bed,
full bath, and balcony that overlooks the beach and the pool. Guest
bedroom has 2 twin beds, and a full bath located next to it.
Living room also has a queen size sleeper sofa.

This condominium is beachfront and also looks over the large pool
deck that also has a large hot tub. The beach here is great. Soft
sand, wide beach, clear warm water, and not real busy.
