Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful five-year old home is located in a private cul-de-sac  
in a very quiet cove on prestigious Lake Oconee.  Arrive from  
Atlanta  
or Athens in just over one hour or from Augusta in one and one-half  
hours and you are sure to escape the hustle and bustle of every day  
life.  The house is surrounded by large oak trees and is separated  
from the quiet street by a soccer-field-size front yard.  The back  
yard is flat and fenced in which keeps unsupervised children away  
from the lake.  There is a maxi dock which is great for fishing and  
swimming.  The house is freshly painted and totally recarpeted.  A  
delight to stay in.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This fully furnished four bedroom home sleeps ten with one king bed,  
one queen bed, two sets of bunk beds and two twin beds.  The home is  
decorated with a lodge feel and is completely recarpeted and freshly  
painted.  Enjoy the cozy family room, read by the gas-log fireplace,  
dine by the bay window overlooking the backyard and lake, write in  
the writer's corner or just relax anywhere in the house.  The  
kitchen  
is fully furnished with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and  
all  
of your serving/entertaining needs.  Just bring the food.  Washer  
and  
dryer, two televisions, VCR, stereo, toys, badminton, volleyball,  
gas  
grill and patio table make your stay complete.  No pets allowed.   
Trash removal is the renter's responsibility.  There are directions  
to the nearest disposal site in the home. 

Activities and Attractions

While enjoying your stay you can swim, fish, ski, rent boats and jet  
skis from nearby marinas, golf at many public prestigious golf  
courses or arrange to golf at several private golf courses, visit  
the  
new Gun Club, horseback ride, hike at State parks, hunt at the  
Wildlife Management area, visit the Spa at the Ritz Carlton, dine,  
sight-see and shop at historic Madison, Eatonton and Greensboro.  Or  
if you prefer, you can sit on the back deck or dock and watch the  
swans, blue herons and deer while enjoying the sights and sounds of  
the lake.  This is the perfect year-around vacation home for your  
family.
