The Grand Mayan - Riviera Maya is a 5 star resort located 20 miles
south of Cancun and 20 minutes north of Playa del Carmen and the
ferry to Cozumel. The rental is for a two bedroom lockout that can
accomodate two families. The grounds are lush and include a Jack
Nicklaus designed golf course where reduced rates are available for
you. Other property locations include Alcapulco (20 minutes from the
airport), Nuevo Vallarta (15 minutes from the Puerto Vallarta
Airport), and Porta Penasco (Rocky Point) accessible from
the US by car 3 1/2 hours from Phoenix or Tucson. These go fast, so
reserve quickly for 2007.

All suites feature sitting areas, private solarium terrace with
plunge pool, marble bathrooms with jacuzzi, lavish amenities,air
conditioning, satellite/cable tv's, direct phones with voice mail,
internet, electronic safes, hair dryers, iron and board. The kitchen
includes electric stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster,
blender,coffee pot, kitchen utensils, china, and glassware. Daily
newspapers and maid service are provided.

dining, etc. or Playa del Carmen for its bohemian atmosphere and

Go to either Xcaret or Xel-Ha Ecological Parks developed by the
Mexican government.

$1900 per week for the complete two bedroom unit with lockout
approximately 1250 sq. ft.
$1300 per week for the one bedroom with kitchen, dining/living room,
balcony, and plunge pool.
$700 per week for the one bedroom unit with balcony but no kitchen.
