The resort is full-service, including on-site restaurant, swim-up snack bar, evening entertainment, and multiple organized daily activities.

We book at either the Mayan Palace in Puerto Vallarta or the Mayan Palace Nuevo Vallarta .

We can highly recommend these family-friendly, full-service resorts which have lots to do for both children and adults (see activities below). Arrivals are for either Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Rentals are for weekly basis only.

We can book any week of the year up to 6 months in advance, including Easter, Christmas, or New Year's weeks, subject to availability - the Mayan Palace resorts usually book early, so we highly suggest you email us in advance of 6 months with desired dates.

Banderas Bay is world famous for its marine life and natural beauty. The Mayan Palace Nuevo Vallarta is just a few minutes from the Nuevo Vallarta Marina, where Vallarta Adventures offers outstanding day and evening tours as well as the Swim with Dolphins park (please check the Vallarta Adventures Website (see www.Vallarta- Adventures.c_m for details on snorkel, scuba diving, whale watching, Las Caletas, Rhythm of the Night, and many other tours from Nuevo Vallarta Marina).

Both the Mayan Palace Marina Vallarta and Nuevo Vallarta have extensive organized daytime kids and adults pool and beach activities programs lasting from early morning and continuing through late afternoon! Enjoy a full range of morning activities including yoga, stretching, Tai Chi, Spanish classes, aqua aerobics, water volleyball, beach volleyball, dance lessons, cooking classes, etc. etc.

Evening activities include theme all-you-can eat dinners several nights a week (please check out the Mayan Palace web site). Also, there are on-the-beach buffets with live entertainment 2 evenings a week @ NV; 1 evening at PV (highly recommended). (please note, the resort is not all-inclusive, so meals are either al la carte or all-you-can eat buffet).

There is now a large palapa on the beach for selected Mexican arts vendors. The selection was very similar to that downtown and we found this to be a very popular mid-day diversion.

• * price does not include a nominal one time tax of approximately $25 USD tax/week, which is collected by the hotel upon check-in .  We accept payment by PayPal (please note, however, a 3% service charge will be added).

All units subject to availability. Best if rented 6 months in advance. We request at least 45 days notice in advance for rentals, but strongly suggest 6 months, as the Mayan rents out early during peak season , e.g., Spring Break, and Christmas/New Year's weeks).

Rates, specifications, terms, and dates of availability are subject to change without notice or obligation. No midweek arrivals. Rentals are for weekly basis only. Must be booked at least 45 days in advance.   We are currently accepting reservations from USA and Canada only. Cancellations must be received in writing at least 40 days in advance in writing (letter or email) and are subject to a $25 USD handling fee.  Christmas/New Year's week booking is non-refundable after September 1st, 2012. Please note, we are private owners and are not affiliated with the Mayan Palace.
