Surf Side has been totally renovated and redecorated in cool, minimalist, modern serenity. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, butcher block counter tops and plenty of room to whip up a scrumptious meal. The kitchen overlooks the dining room and living room straight out to the ocean beyond. This property has an open floor plan with a very roomy, comfortable feel. The living room is equipped with a large flat screen TV and Blue Ray DVD player.
Just off the great room is a short hallway with guest bath and two guest bedrooms, one furnished with two twin beds and the other furnished with a queen size bed. Located at the end of the hallway is the master bedroom suite, with king size bed and master bath.
