the bottom of Snow summit mountain, it has all the amenities you
desire in a relaxing fun mountain getaway,including modern
furnishings. Walk to the slopes, corner store and more. Just 2-
5minutes from the lake, restaurants and all of Big Bear's
attractions. There is ample parking and we are located on a flat
street, ideal for kids wanting to ride bikes or play in the snow.

You will enjoy the very open floor plan, fantastic for entertaining.
The Kitchen is fully eqiuipped, complete with Belgium waffle maker.
Cozy up to a wonderful fire in the living room or the master suite.
Take soak in the relaxing whirlpool tub or play an exciting game of
air hockey. Go out on the back deck and have a delicious Bar-B-Q
while listening to the wind blow throught the tall pines.

4 beds include a king in master, Two doubles and a Queen sofa bed in
the living room. All linens provided, phone,Direct TV service, Large

Off Peak: April 30th - June 15th $300.00 per night. all nights.

Summer/Fall: June 16th - Nov 15th $350.00 per night. all nights.

High Season: Nov 16th - Dec 15th AND March 01- April 30th. $350.00
per night Mon-Thur. $400.00 per night Fri-Sun. minimum stay 3 nights.

Peak Season: Dec 16th - March 01. $400.00 P.N. Mon-Thur. Friday -
Sunday $450.00 per Night.

Holiday season: Christmas /New Years/ 4th of July, call for rates.

$750.00 security deposit, $75.00 cleaning fee. NO PETS/NO SMOKING
