This beautiful log cabin stlye home was built in 2001. Located at
the bottom of Snow summit mountain, it has all the amenities you
desire in a relaxing fun mountain getaway,including modern
furnishings. Walk to the slopes, corner store and more. Just 2-
5minutes from the lake, restaurants and all of Big Bear's
attractions. There is ample parking and we are located on a flat
street, ideal for kids wanting to ride bikes or play in the snow.

The Kitchen is fully eqiuipped, complete with Belgium waffle maker.
Cozy up to a wonderful fire in the living room or the master suite.
Take soak in the relaxing whirlpool tub or play an exciting game of
air hockey. Go out on the back deck and have a delicious Bar-B-Q
while listening to the wind blow throught the tall pines.

Summer/Fall: June 16th - Nov 15th $300.00 per night. all nights.
High Season: Nov 16th - Dec 15th AND March 01- April 30th. $350.00- $400.00 per night. Minimum stay 3 nights.
Peak Season: Dec 16th - March 01. $350.00- $550 P.N. min. stay 3 nights
Holiday season: Christmas /New Years/ 4th of July, call for rates.
$750.00 security deposit or a one time $39.00 fee for Damage Protection Insurance coverage. Cover you for up to $1500.00. $125.00 cleaning fee. NO PETS/NO SMOKING
