Saltbox Cape Cod Retreat with all the comforts of home,  
just minutes from bayside beaches, quaint shops, restaurants,  
theater, and weekly concerts on the Dennis Green. 
  
Enjoy vacationing in a spacious all-year round saltbox  
situated on a child-safe cul-de-sac, north of Route 6A in Yarmouth  
Port on the Dennis line. The house has four bedrooms (one on first  
floor, two on second floor, and one in finished basement), 2 full  
baths, a living room, a family room, dining area, an enclosed/screened  
breezeway, one-car garage, and finished basement with ping pong/pool  
table.  
 
Relax in your own private backyard (1/2 acre) on your mahogony deck,  
listening to the cascading waterfall and birds in a wooded retreat. 
Walk the boardwalk at Gray's Beach (2+ miles away)in Yarmouth Port or 
sunbathe and swim at Mayflower Beach in Dennis. Only 2+ miles away, 
Mayflower Beach with its white soft sand, sandbars at low tide, and 
beautiful sunsets over Cape Cod Bay, may be the best beach in the 
world-we think so!!!

Activities and Attractions

Top Ten activities to do on your Cape Cod Summer vacation:  
1. Walk on the boardwalk over the salt marshes at the Gray's      
   Beach in Yarmouth Port and watch a spectacular sunset.  
2. Swim, build sand castles, and play volleyball at Mayflower Beach  
   in Dennis.  
3. Watch the sun go down over Cape Cod Bay at one of the  
   many nearby Bay beaches. (See photo below.) 
4. Visit and shop at the many antique stores, art galleries, 
   craft shops, boutiques, the Christmas Tree Shop, and the  
   Bird Store found along Historical Route 6A. 
5. Play tennis or golf at local public courts and golf courses. 
6. Bike or hike the Cape Cod Rail Trail. This level, State maintained 
   trail on old railroad bed extends 26 miles between Dennis and 
   Wellfleet.  It passes through pine and oaks, occasionally skirting 
   a pond or marsh. Park near Nickerson State Park in Brewster or at  
   LeCount Hollow Road in Wellfleet.  
7. Enjoy local performances at the Dennis Playhouse. 
8. Dine formally or casually at numerous restaurants,  
   also minutes away. 
9. Walk or Bike along Cape Cod Canal, just 20 min. away. 
10. Boat on the Bass River or on one of the ponds in the area.
