Vacation Rental Description
This non-smoking town home is a comfortable 1600 square feet,
carpeted and tile throughout and newly furnished as well. Bedrooms
are sizable and well removed from main living area.
Master suite has 27" TV, huge closet, private bathroom with
large vanity. Guest bedrooms each have new queen beds,
dressers, etc. In all, over 1600 square feet of luxury!
This is better than a hotel! Amenities are a minute away and 11 golf
courses are within a 10 minute drive. (Four are championship
caliber).
In the living room you'll find a
32" TV, cable, and DVD. Laundry facilities include washer, dryer,
iron, and ironing board.
Kitchen is fully furnished with cook ware, etc. Linens, towels,
soaps and shampoos provided for your convenience. We take care of
everything!

Vacation Rental Rates
The nightly rate is $145 for weekends or $120 for weeknights or $750
per week (7 night stay) peak season.
Non-Peak Season week rate is $630 (7 night stay).
