Vacation Rental Description

As soon as you walk in the door you can see and feel the luxury. 
Every room is beautifully furnished and decorated. There’s even a 
huge stained glass window in the Master Bath of a Mermaid.

This lovely home offers two bedrooms, two full baths, and an office. 
There is a formal living and dinning room for entertaining. There is 
a large gourmet kitchen/den combination and a laundry room with a 
Maytag Washer & Dryer.

You will enter the Master Suite through double doors. There is a King 
size bed with fine linens. There is an en-suite bath with separate 
tub and shower along with double vanities and a huge stained glass 
window. There is an Armoire with a TV/VCR player in it for those lazy 
mornings.

The second bedroom has a Queen size canopy bed, also provided with 
fine linens.

The floors are a mix of carpet with lots of tile through out. Lots of 
towels, and beautiful silk plants. The kitchen is completely equipped 
with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. (Except the food) 
Some spices and sundries have been provided.

There is a hot tub in the back yard, and the house backs up to a park 
that offers privacy. There’s a Gas BBQ.  There are two mature fruit 
trees in the backyard that bare naval oranges and lemons when in 
season, as well as a pecan tree in the front yard. The park offers 
tennis courts and many walking and hiking trails.

The house is located in Mountain Park Ranch where there are community 
swimming pools and hot tubs available for guests. Also 6 tennis 
courts.

There are many restaurants, theaters and major shopping attractions 
less than one mile from this home, yet it is tucked away from all 
traffic noise.

This rental property can be used for temporary housing, corporate 
housing, or as a vacation rental. Please contact me if you have any

Vacation Rental Amenities

The kitchen if fully equipped with everything you could possibly need 
to make a gourmet meal. (Except the food) There is a dishwasher, 
garbage disposal, microwave, toaster, full size fridge with ice 
maker, reverse osmosis water system, gas oven and gas cook top, 
coffee maker, spices and lots of storage space.

There is air conditioning/heating, gas fireplace, ceiling fans, patio 
furniture and a Gas BBQ. Hot Tub in a very private back year that 
backs up to Sun Ray Park with hiking and biking trails and 2 tennis 
courts.

There is also a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, beach 
chairs and books.

Two TVs/VCRs with cable, alarm clock, radio/CD player, phone for 
local calls only, parking off the street. A two car garage. (But the 
owner has one car stored in the garage.) Garage door opener.

There are 3 Community swimming pools/hot tubs for guests, along with 
6 tennis courts.

Activities and Attractions

Arizona Mills is one of the largest outlet malls in the country and 
Chandler Fashion Square (Nordstrom) are both just a 10 minute drive 
away.

Also close by is a 24 Plex Movie Theaters and Ice Skating.

Spring training baseball games, college and pro sporting events 
including the Arizona Diamond Backs (MLB), Phoenix Coyotes (NHL), 
Arizona Cardinals (NFL), Phoenix Suns (NBA), and Arizona State 
University (NCAA), and PGA Golf. Also a major Tennis Tournament in 
Scottsdale, and many Concerts and nightlife to choose from.

There are several select Golf Courses nearby, the Desert Foothills 
Golf Club, Club West Golf Club, and The Lakes in Ahwatukee. Horse 
back riding by South Mountain.

Area: This home is only one mile from major shopping and restaurants. 
It’s only a 20 minute drive to Sky Harbor Airport. It is just off of 
Ray Rd, and only one mile from the I-10 freeway.

Smoking is permitted outside on the patio only.  No pets please.

Vacation Rental Rates

A Security/Reservation Deposit of $1,200 is required at the time of 
the reservation. This will be refunded to you by mail minus a 
refurbishing fee of $150 providing that no damages or excessive 
cleaning is required. 50% of the rental fee is due 90 days prior to 
arrival. The final 50% of the rental fee is due 30 days prior to 
arrival. All deposits/payments are non-refundable unless given 60 
days notice. All utilites are included November thru April, plus 
electric May thru October.

October through December      $2,500 Monthly Utilities Included
January through April         $2,800 Monthly Utilities Included
May through September         $1,800 Monthly Plus Utilities
