views of the ocean, the Channel Islands, the Santa Barbara Harbor,
the Montecito mountains, the Carpinteria valley, and the Ventura
coastline, allowing the observer to enjoy passing dolphins, sail
boats, and ocean bird life from most rooms.

Multi-level grounds include well-maintained gardens, pool and lawns.
Living room, dining, family room and open view kitchen all have
French doors opening to an outside deck. Baby grand piano overlooks
gardens, pool, and ocean. The home is beautifully furnished,
including 3 TV's, Stereo,CD Player, VCR, High Speed Internet (DSL &
Wireless), washer, dryer and garage.

The wide open sandy Summerland Beach is accessed through Lookout
Park, with its sweeping ocean and island views, and picnic tables
make strolling to the beach a pleasure. On the way you will pass
numerous antique shops and cafes in the quaint beach community of
Summerland. During a low tide, one can beachwalk for miles in either
direction.

Whether relaxing by the pool, sitting in front of one of the 2
fireplaces, taking a walk to the beach, hiking in the back country,
or just enjoying the views, this home provides a wonderful vacation
homebase.

We require a refundable security deposit of $750 and a non
