Vacation Rental Description

Our Cozy Cabin is over 1900 square feet and has 3 bedrooms and 2  
baths, and a loft upstairs.  The house sleeps 10 to 12 people.  The  
house is located in between Snow Summit Ski Resort and the Lake.   
There is a nearby park.The house is located less than a half mile  
from the  
Big bear Lake Village Center.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Jacuzzi sits 4 to 5 people in the master bedroom 
1 King Size bed, 2 queen size beds. Double and single beds in the  
loft. Rock Fireplace, both gas and woodburning.  A gas BBQ, Pool  
Table,Huge kitchen, stocked for 12, microwave, blender, toaster oven. 
3 TV's, living room has DVD and VCR players, Masterbedroom has a VCR  
player. 2 car garage, and ample parking for 4 cars in driveway, flat  
surface. High Speed Internet available now!

Activities and Attractions

2 Ski resorts, and snow recreation, a block away from shuttle to  
Snow Summit, Tennis and baseball fields at  
park, with new swim beach, bbqs, and picnic tables within walking  
distance from house. Less than a half mile from The Village with  
Theatres, shopping, dining, and much much more.  Marina also within  
a half mile.

Vacation Rental Rates

Holiday Weeekends start at $300.00 per night, and depending on the  
Month there will be minimums.Weeks, months or longer term rental is
