Vacation Rental Description

This spacious 5 bed 3 bath luxury villa with optionally heated 
Private Pool, Spa and New Games Room with Slate top Pool Table, Air Hockey 
Table and Foosball Table, (and cable TV) is situated on the exclusive 
EMERALD ISLAND RESORT (The nearest to Disney). It is located just 3 miles and less 
than 5 minutes drive from Disney World and within 2 minutes drive of 
restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Located on the less congested 
south-west side of the Disney Parks for faster entrance and less 
traffic!

My fully air-conditioned villa boasts 3 Master bedrooms, two 
excellent living and family rooms, both with elegant elevated 
ceilings, one overlooking and giving access to the pool area. There 
is a beautiful Master King Suite with (US) King sized bed, cable TV, 
and luxury en-suite with large corner bath, double sized shower and 
twin marble vanity basins + walk in closet. There are two Queen 
Rooms, one with en-suite bathroom and cable TV, and the other with 
cable TV and access to a bathroom just across the hall + two twin 
rooms, one with Mickey Mouse cable TV. The pool bathroom gives 
direct access from both the pool and the house. The villa has a 
large fully equipped kitchen, and dining area with seating for 10. 
There are 7 cable TV’s, 2 DVD players + movies, Play Station 2 + 
games, and a portable Stereo CD/Radio, Hairdryers in all bathrooms 
and phone with free local calling. All linens provided, Patio 
Furniture, sun loungers and pool toys provided for your use. 
Facilities also include an electronic safe, Baby’s reclining high 
chair and portable cot.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Guests have full use of all the facilities of the Resort including 
the Club House with Air Conditioned Fitness Center, Games 
Room/Arcade, Sauna, Internet Café with Free High Speed Internet 
Access, Community Lounge with Free Wireless Internet Access and 
Large Screen Cable TV, Tennis Courts, Volleyball Court, 
Children’s Play Ground, and Beautiful Nature Trails winding through 
a Nature Reserve in the centre of the Resort. In addition to my 
Private Pool and Spa, guests also have full use of the Resort’s 
larger heated Pool and Spa with Tiki Hut Bar for poolside drinks and 
snacks. There is On-Site Concierge Service in the Club House where 
there is soon to be a Sundry Shop. The villas are set in 330 acres of 
woodland which is approached via an elegant boulevard with lakes and 
fountains, which leads to the gates of this most prestigious resort 
where the gates are manned 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Villa has Air Conditioning, Washer, Dryer, Refrigerator, Ice Maker, 
Dishwasher, Blender,all cooking utensils provided, linens provided. 
Private Hot Tub, private Pool, phone with free local calling, 7 
cable TV’s, 2 DVD players + movies, Play Station 2 + Games, Boxed 
games.

Vacation Rental Rates

150 -200 per night
Pool heat $25 a night if required. 
End of stay Cleaning fee $95 on stays of 6 nights or less. 
Florida lodging tax 13%.
