Cozy two bedroom home by the sea (tulix house) in Telchac Puerto

A one-floor, cosy, fully furnished home right by the sea. The Tulix home
has two large, Mexican clay tile roofed terraces - one on the front
of the home overlooking the ocean - perfect place to hang the
hammocks (included in rental)and one on the back of the house over
looking the garden. Total privacy, for there are no nearby
neighbors.
The ocean view master bedroom has a full size bed; the 2nd room has
two full size beds; both rooms are quite spacious.
In the kitchen you will find: fridge, stove, microwave, coffee
maker, toaster, set of dishes, pots and pans, glasses etc.
The house is located in San Benito, 17 kilometers from
Telchac Puerto and 22 kilometers from Chicxulub. Having a car comes
in handy.
The nearest airport is Merida Interantional - about an hour away.
CanCun airport (flights are cheaper to CanCun) is a four hour drive.

In San Benito, you are right by the ocean....the Mayan
pyramids of X-Cambo are 15 kilometers east. Chichen Itza and Uxmal
are less than a 2 hours drive away. The colonial city of
Merida is 50 mintues away. Progreso is 20 minutes away.
In Telchac Puerto (17 kms) you will find a small market, shops and
stores for groceries, internet cafe, bakery and several small
restaurants where the seafood is exceptional. Progreso (27 kms) has
all the above in a larger scale plus banks and a hospital.
There is a little reef just by the house which is great for
snorkeling.
