Our beautifully decorated condo is available for rent throughout the
winter, spring, and summer and autumn. This newly remodeled 1640sf
condo offers all the comforts of home including large spacious
rooms, Spectacular Mountain Views, Vaulted Ceilings (Living Room and
Master Bedroom), Large Moss Rock Fireplace, and Washer/Dryer. Our
Condo is centrally located in Avon Colorado on Nottingham Lake which
is considered the center of the Vail Valley. The condo is a 3rd
floor corner unit with a master bedroom including deluxe King-size
bed plus bath with Jacuzzi tub and private entrance. The second
bedroom has two single beds plus bathroom and the third bedroom has
a deluxe queen-size bed, Log bunk beds, and bathroom with Jacuzzi
tub.

Just minutes walking to Shops, Restaurants, Bars, Health Club,
Library, Town Park and Nottingham Lake and more! Now includes free shuttle from the condo to the gondola!

The condo has a beautiful view of Beaver Creek and Bachelors Gulch
ski resorts and is located just 8 miles from Vail. Just 200 yards
away, you can take the free town bus to Beaver Creek, Bachelors
Gulch, Avon and Arrowhead while Vail is $2. There is also a front
desk and management office on-site to assist you with any additional
needs or to schedule activities in the Vail Valley.
