Paul and Suzy`s Paradise Villa in Fort Myers

Our beautiful Florida villa is situated on a quiet residential circle
of houses called Wellington Lakes in South Fort Myers just a short
drive away from the beaches and the islands of Sanibel and Captiva.
Our detached lake front home has a west facing swimming pool (with
sun from morning until dusk) under a wide screened lanai and a double
garage. There are 4 bedrooms, (sleeping 8), 3 bathrooms, one of which
is a pool bath, lounge & dining room with high ceilings and a family
room. The large fully fitted kitchen/breakfast room is fully
equipped and there is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer.
The Master bedroom has a remote control ceiling fan and a king bed
with a walk-in dressing room and bathroom with `his` and `hers`
basins and a large shower and tub. The second double bedroom also
has a ceiling fan and walk-in dressing room. There are two further
twin bedded rooms. The Master bedroom, the formal Dining room, the
Breakfast and Family rooms all have sliding doors out to the covered
patio area and the swimming pool, which has sun loungers and patio
furniture for dining al fresco. There are two ceiling fans on the
patio. In the Family room there is a TV, DVD, VCR and also a
selection of games to play and books to read during your stay.
The home is fully equipped for all your needs and is fully air
conditioned.

The house is maintained to a high standard by ourselves and also our manager, who lives nearby, and our cleaning team.  You will be given his phone number for any emergency.

Fort Myers is an ideal holiday destination with its white sandy
beaches. The area boasts every shop and restaurant imaginable.
There are many fine local golf courses for the enthusiasts nearby and
for the children and the not-so-skilled golfers there are the
wonderful crazy golf courses on San Carlos blvd. A 20 mile trip
south will take you through Bonita Springs and into Naples with its
designer shops, great restaurants and beaches. Just opened is the
new Coconut Point Mall which boasts all the designer shops you could
ask for. For the outdoor sports enthusiast there are water sports
and sea fishing available.
There are also "airboat" rides to see the alligators in their natural
habitat within an hour's drive in the Everglades and also wildlife
parks nearby to see all the Florida wildlife up close.

High Season :November - April

***Please note, the rental price per week includes
all utilities, 100 station cable TV, local telephone
calls, high speed wireless internet access and a final maid clean.

It does not include pool heat $95.00 (£65.00 per week) or Florida State Tourist and Sales Tax (11%).
