Vacation Rental Description

Welcome to your perfect Sunriver getaway 
 
Situated among towering pines, there is completely new mountain  
furnishings in this 1515 sq ft home on a large private lot with lots  
of common space. This quality constructed home is centrally located  
in Sunriver. Just a short walk or ride on the bike path will take  
you to Fort Rock Park with all its activities and Tennis Courts or  
you can head in the other direction to the Deschutes River. 
 
This reverse living floor plan features a great room with vaulted  
ceilings with lots of natural light. On the main floor (upstairs)  
you have a great room where the living room, dining area, and  
kitchen are all open. All the windows overlook common space on 3  
sides of the home. There is a wood stove (wood provided) for those  
cold winter evenings or turn on the air conditioning for those hot  
summer afternoons. There is a TV with a VCR/DVD, and a movie  
collection along with board games. We also have a Stereo/CD. We also  
have hi-speed wireless internet for those who want to bring their  
laptops, or we have provided a desktop computer if you prefer to  
leave the laptop at home. The living room also has a queen size sofa  
sleeper. The large wrap around deck will keep you in the sun or  
shade the entire day. There is a gas barbecue, umbrella table and  
plenty of seating along with the hot tub on the deck. 
The dining area has plenty of seating with 2 more at the island.  
The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to cook a  
gourmet meal. The master bedroom has a king size log bed along with  
a TV & DVD. There is also an electric blanket for those chilly  
winter nights. 
 
The lower level has bedroom #2 which has a queen size bed, also with  
an electric blanket. Bedroom 3 is just down the hall after the  
second bathroom where there is a full size bed and a twin bunk set.  
There is a TV with VCR & DVD in this room. 
The laundry area is just off the hall where there is a full size  
washer and dryer. There is access to the garage where you will find  
a nice size 2 car garage and bikes. We also have a "Horse-Shoe-Pit"  
if you want try hand at horseshoes. There is a vast area of bike  
trails in Sunriver just waiting for you to explore. 
 
Sunriver is the perfect destination in any season and our home on  
Rogue Lane is the perfect getaway.
