Vacation Rental Description

Newly remodeled and warmly decorated, three-bedroom townhome in a  
great Tahoe City location puts you close to everything Lake Tahoe  
has to offer. Master bedroom features a king-size bed, TV, vanity,  
plus two walk-in closets. Bedroom two has a queen-size bed, while  
bedroom three has a pair of twin beds. All bedrooms upstairs. 
 
Downstairs is living room, dining room, kitchen, washer/dryer, and  
back deck with gas barbecue and tables and chairs for entertaining.  
Living room features new gas fireplace, TV, DVD/VCR, and stereo  
(wired for surround sound). Dining room offers seating for eight.  
Fully-equipped kitchen features new oven/range, microwave, and  
dishwasher and an island with seating. Storage closet for skis,  
boards, boots, and poles. 
 
We hope you will join us in our wonderful, Lake Tahoe getaway. (NO  
PETS, NO SMOKING)

Vacation Rental Amenities

Complex features two swimming pools (one adult only pool), hot tub,  
sauna, and four tennis courts. Short walk (2-5 minutes) to Lake  
Tahoe (Lake Forest Park and Skylandia Park). Parking for three cars  
available directly in front of unit.

Activities and Attractions

Short drives to downtown Tahoe City (2 minutes), Alpine Meadows (10  
minutes), Squaw Valley (15 minutes), Homewood (20 minutes), casinos  
(20 minutes) and Northstar (30 minutes). Hiking, biking, swimming,  
boating, restaurants, shopping, and everything else nearby.

Vacation Rental Rates

Nightly Rates from $175-$195/night (dependent upon season). 
Weekly  Rates from $1100-$1350/week (dependent upon season). 
Special Rates apply during Holiday Periods, please inquire. 
2 Night Min required for Most Stays; 3 Night Min on Holiday Weekends; 
5 Night Min Stay during Christmas & New Year's. 
$135 Cleaning Fee & $200 Refundable Security Deposit required. 
Non-Refundable Deposit of 50% is required to hold reservation. 
Full Payment required two weeks prior to check in.
