Thank you Chris and Helen for a wonderful experience. Your beautiful house and neighborhood were exactly what we needed. What a great summer we spent in Vero Beach.

This property is a beautiful house in a golf community. One and 1/2 hour from Disney parks. The house is fully furnished with beautiful furniture, washer/dryer, Direct TV and internet. You need to bring nothing with you but your family. Very safe and secluded neighborhood, we took walks every night. Five minutes from a mall with a movie theatre and TGIF. The beach is about 10 minutes away. The owner is responsive and Helen (manager) was very helpful and provided us with everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet vacation away from the chaos which is Orlando.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children

Vacation Home Away From Home

Since my husband and I had never rented anything online before, we very were sceptical about what we might encounter at this rental unit and what the community would be like. When we arrived our fears were put to rest. Not only is the rental unit even better than the photos on the website, but the community is just lovely.

We were greeted at the front door by the property rental agent who showed us through the unit. She was the first plus in our month long vacation. The unit was immaculate and the furnishings and decor lovely. Having washer, dryer and dishwasher in the unit is wonderful. The kitchen is complete with dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, silverware even wine glasses (that was a nice touch) All appliances are modern. There was not one down side for us here. The pool across the street was great. Just a short walk to cool down after playing nine holes on the golf course. Although the golf course fee is additional it is certainly worth it. Great course.

We strolled through the neighborhood a few times and loved the friendly waves and hellos from folks on their porches.

Tbe location of this unit also makes it a great place to call this a vacation home away from home. Shopping malls are only a 5 minute drive away. Vero Beach Fashion Outlet Mall (with a Cracker Barrel Restaurant next door) is 5 minutes west of this unit and Indian River Mall 5 minutes east.

Lots of great restaurants are close by. Loved driving to the Disney Vero Beach Resort only 20 minutes away. Had a great lunch a the Green Cabin Room there. Carrabas Italian Restaurant is a 10 minute drive east. For a chain restaurant the food was great. I would not recommend Sonny's BBQ. Although the staff was very friendly and attentive I wasn't crazy about the food at all. It is only a 15 minute drive to the beach. We drove to Vero's South Beach which is a the end of CR60. Just beautiful. There's really a lot to see and do and it's all very relaxing. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are planning an extended vacation in Vero Beach. Thanks to the owner of this place for living up to and even exceeding the advertising shown online!

Recommended for: age 55+, girls getaway, pet-friendly, sight seeing
