This first floor, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom condo is close to heated
swimming pool (w/poolhouse/restrooms), and tennis courts. Saltwater
canal with continous dock is located directly outside nicely
furnished lanai. Dock is 1/4 mile in length and often used by
tenants as scenic walking track. Great neighbors here and manicured
landscaping at Spinnaker Point. It is everything we and other vacationers are looking for, providing
a safe, warm
and relaxing retreat in a beautiful complex. Owner maintains condo
in tip-top shape to be most accomodating for your stay, and the best
value for your money.
Vacation Rental Amenities
Condo is completely turnkey furnished, with everything you will need
to stay one month or longer. Owner pays all utilities for seasonal
rentals.
Bedrooms are very nicely furnished with King pillow-top bed in MBR and Twins in
second bedroom; sleep-sofa in Living Room. Two full baths. Full eat-
in Kitchen completely equipped with dishwasher, microwave, ice
maker, toaster, coffee-maker, utensils, cookware, etc. Enjoy your meals in Kitchen; at Kitchen
counter; in Dining Room; or on Lanai.
Unit has central air, humidistate, and six ceiling fans for your
comfort. Enhanced cable TV w/74 channels, and DVD/VHS player. Washer/Dryer, ironing board, iron,
alarm
clock/radios. Three telephones w/unlimited long-distance service and
answering machine. High-speed Internet service. All necessary linens,
bath/kitchen/beach towels are provided. Lanai is equipped with ceiling fan,
screens and sliding protective vinyl windows. Numerous
brochures/literature on area attractions/restaurants/services is
provided for your convenience. Sorry-no smoking or pets.
Activities and Attractions
Spinnaker Point is close to Fisherman's Village, downtown Punta
Gorda, Port Charlotte and a variety of excellent restaurants.
Numerous public golf courses are in area, along with many of
Florida's finest beaches (Englewood, Venice, Boca Grande, Ft Myers,
Sanibel/Captiva). This region of SW Florida abounds with historical
and cultural attractions. In the immediate area, Ponce De Leon Park
and Gilchrist Park offer beautiful waterfront recreational areas,
with walking/biking trails, picnicking, children's play areas,
tennis courts, fishing piers/boat launches. Just minutes to US 41
(Tamiani Trail) and I-75. St Petersburg, Sarasota, Clearwater,
Bradenton and Siesta Key beaches are to the north, while Bonita,
Naples and Marco Island beaches are to the south, all reachable for
day trips. Festivals and flea markets are regularly conducted in the
area.
