Southwest Airlines has a hub in the new International Airport in Panama City Beach.  In addition to Southwest with 8 direct flights daily, Delta will continue to service direct flights to Atlanta and Memphis. The call letters for the new airport are ECP.  Southwest Airlines has direct flights to Nashville, Baltimore, Orlando and Houston, with round trip airfares starting at $75.00. 

Sweet 301 is a fabulous, upscale, casual yet elegant 2 bedroom, plus
kids' bunk room, condominium which is located on the top floor of
Grand Isle, directly on Scenic Highway 30-A in the heart of Seagrove.

Our deluxe, professionally decorated corner unit has a spacious
living area, dining room and kitchen, all boasting southern views
over the gulf and western views of the famous Emerald Coast
sunsets. The balcony spans the entire length of the living room and
master suite and is accessible through both rooms.

Our master suite features a king size bed, full bath and large
tv/dvd.
The second bedroom offers a queen size bed plus a tv/dvd. The bunk
room, designed with kids in mind, features a full bed on bottom and
twin on top plus tv/dvd. These two bedrooms share a full bath with a
tub. The living room sofa is a queen sleeper offering additional
sleep space.  Sweet 301 has wireless interenet.

Sweet 301 is a straight shot to the beach through a private
access, just 80 yards from the sugar white sand and beautiful emerald
green water of the Gulf of Mexico.

Only 6 of the 12 units in Grand Isle are rental properties, so the
pool is never crowded and usually empty!

Sweet 301 is fully appointed with linens and towels, kitchen
appliances, utensils, etc., tv/dvd in all rooms, washer and dryer,
south/west facing balcony with dining set and lounge area. All
furnishings chosen to please the guest with descriminating taste,
it's pure elegance at the beach.

The ground level of Grand Isle hosts "Flip Flops" sandwich shop,
coffee shop with internet cafe, restaurant and flower shop.
You don't have to travel far for any of your needs. Grand Isle
offers its guests a private swimming pool, bar-b-que areas and green
grass for the kids to run around on.

Daily beach service is available. I can also arrange for
the rental of baby cribs, high chairs and baby jogging strollers if
desired.

Scenic 30-A offers an 18 mile long running/bike path, fine and casual
dining establishments, fun shopping spots plus lots more. Rentals of
bikes, baby strollers/joggers, surf boards, etc. are all available
with delivery and pick-up.
