Vacation Rental Description

Oceanfront 2 bedroom/2 bath condo (small 8 unit complex) in one of 
the most private and beautiful areas of Puerto Vallarta.  

Our home has been completely remodeled. Beautiful new kitchen, & 
furnished with Kreiss Collection furniture and original art  
throughout.  Wireless Internet for staying in touch and Big screen 
plasma TV's with USA/Canadian satellite service (all sports and 
USA/Canadian programs) & DVD's and vcr.  

Sleeps 6 in comfort.

Pool and private jacuzzi spa. Small private beach.

Stunning 120' views of Bay of Banderas and the national Undersea 
Park of Los Arcos from our lanais.

Only 10 mins to Zona Romanica & downtown.  Easy walk or drive to La 
Joya de Mismaloya Beach with several restaurants and lots of 
activities nearby, including world famous Le Kliff and the set 
of "Night of the Iguana".
You will be met by our local Property Manager who will provide 
access and assist you with directions, car rental etc

* $100 per night low season--June--Nov 15
* $200 per night high season--Nov 16-May
* $600 per week low season
* $1,300 per week high season
* $1,600 per week with week min - Christmas, New Year and Easter
