Ranchito San Pedro- Vacation Casitas nr Santa Fe-dogs welcom in Espanola

Architecturally remodeled and delightfully furnished, the Ranchito San Pedro Artist/Vacation
Casitas are private, cozy , quiet and comfortable non-smoking
casitas- fully furnished, equipped and ready for you. Located
along a one-lane cottonwood lined road, each casita has a full
kitchen, living room, bedroom with double or queen sized bed,
full bathroom and adjoining studio - for painting,
reading, or for use as a second bedroom. There is also a shared laundry room between the
two casitas. Each casita has a private outdoor area as well as fenced
yard for your dog, which is invited to come, free! An occasional complimentary coyote
chorus at night!
you visit once, you'll likely be back....

Each cabin living room has a cable TV/VCR, WiFi, private telephone
with answering machine (if you desire it), and futon couch for
additional sleeping. The kitchen is fully equipped with
microwave, stove, refrig and French Press coffee maker and
coffee. The full bathrooms are large and comfortable.
Additionally, a full studio with futon couch, work table, lamp, sink
and natural light adjoins and provides an additional room for
whatever you'd like it to be. The shared laundry room contains a
washer and dryer, cleaning supplies and equipment. Outdoor
chairs and furniture enable you to enjoy the wonderful New Mexico outdoors.
Fresh eggs are provided from the Ranchito chickens, that are happy and free ranging.

3 nights - $295 ($98/night)
1 week - $615 ($88/night)
2 weeks - $1035 ($74/night)

Rates are for 1-2 adults and can include 1 pet. Additional guests $10/night.
or pets are charged $10/night extra. A $75 cleaning deposit plus
1/2 of the total rent registers you and reserves the cabin. The
cleaning deposit is completely refundable if you complete your
stay and leave your cabin as you found it. The final 1/2 of the rent
is due when you arrive. Major Holidays, Balloon Fiesta, Spanish
& Indian Markets please add $25 for 3 nights, $50 for 1 week. All
rates are subject to change. No refund with less than 3 weeks
notice or within 30 days of major holidays, Spanish and Indian
Market, Balloon Festival. No additional charge for your dog! All
charges are subject to N.Mtaxes and handling fee (for credit card
