to Balboa amusement park.  Bayside has boat rentals, sailing, 
kayaking, tennis, jogging, walking, biking. Children's play area, 
sandy beaches.  Ocean side has great surfing, beaches, trails 
restaurants and rental equipment. Three spacious bedrooms, one  
master with 
master bathroom and queen bed, walk in closet. Queen bed in second 
bedroom, mirrored closet doors, twin beds in third bedroom and large 
walk in closet with mirrored doors. Cozy fireplace in the living  
room.

Summer rate is $1800 per week Saturday to Saturday. June 2-Sept 8th. 
Winter rate is $1000 per week  Saturday to Saturday. Sept. 9th-June  
1st 
Holiday rate $1800 per week.  
 
Deposit $350.
