1 bath beachhouse. Sleeping capacity for up to 6. Two bedrooms with
Queen beds,
good, comfortable mattresses and comforters. Restored beachhouse
with Light galore, skylites, large sleeping loft (accessed by
ladder,
not for young children). French door to tiny balcony for AM
breakfast, all new windows. Ocean views from balcony (accessed by
steep ladder)

Fully equipped kitchen includes refrigerator/freezer/ice maker, gas
range/oven with jenn-air, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, coffee
maker, all dishes, etc. Cable TV. Queen "futon" and double "futon"
in large sleeping loft.

Linens and towels provided. Car parking for 2 cars in front. A
park
is across the street with Basketball courts, Tennis courts, and
Baseball field. Skateboard park and dog walking trail 3 blocks
away.
Manhattan Beach a short 10 minute walk and Redondo Beach a 10 minute
pedicab or drive away for more boutiques and restaruants. Live
theatre within 3 blocks.

Hermosa Beach is a safe, beach community with a full-service food
market, upscale clothing boutiques, restaurants of all levels,
Hermosa Pier reaching out into the Pacific Ocean to fish on or
simply
enjoy the sweeping vistas from Palos Verdes to Malibu. This beach-
house is a short 3 blocks from the beach, 3 blocks to Pier Ave-home
of all restaurants, shopping, nightlife. (Hermosa is known for its
Blues and Jay Leno regularly appears Sundays at the Comedy spot
here). Walk, jog, bike, roller blade, or skate board (all for rent
within 3 blks) on the beachfront boardwalk all the way to Venice,
Santa Monica, and Malibu. Miles of white sand to sit, surf, boogie
board, swim, and people watch. Venice Beach, Santa Monica, and
Malibu within 10-20-18 miles respectively. All LA attractions 30
min. (Universal Studios, Disneyland, Hollywood, etc.) San Diego 125
miles.

$1550 per week. $250 per night Cleaning fee $70

Monthly is Negotiable

Check in is approximately 2:30. Check out is 12:00 noon. Please
call if you wish to add time to either end. If no one is checking
in/out before you, I will accommodate you.

Security Deposit $250. This will secure your rental time.

Additional Pet Fee(limit 2)$150

The Rental and Deposit(s) are payable in advance for the purpose of
reserving the designated time period as well as to offset any
damages. Therefore, if it is necessary to cancel for any reason, 50%
of Rental will be retained by owner for the inconvenience and loss
of opportunity if unable to rent. If renter is found, 10% is kept as
cancellation fee. Security will be kept in full.
