rentals homes and hotel like accommodations in a relaxed golf and 
beach setting. Our luxury condo rentals overlook the Ocean Hammock 
Golf Club Resort, a stunning and challenging golf course designed by 
Jack Nicklaus. 

Best of all, all of our condos include FREE access to a heated ocean-
front pool, a second large heated pool with a gradual slope for kids 
and families, a "water splash zone" for kids, a fitness center, a 
game room, jacuzzi and a selection of picturesque walking and 
jogging trails. 

This is Cinnamon Beach Condo Unit 754 in the Ocean Hammock Resorts 
in Palm Coast, Florida. This is building 7 (close to the pools), 
fifth floor of a sixth floor building.  
 
This is in oceanfront Cinnamon Beach building 7, fifth floor (5th 
floor of a 6 story building). We also manage in the same buidling 7 
at Cinnamon Beach condo 752 (2 doors away), 761 (a 3BR/3BA end unit -
 top floor 6th), 762 (6th floor), and 734 (3rd floor). 

The owner of this condo has one of the best units in the entire 
condo and has spared no expense in lavishing his condo with upgrades 
and deluxe furniture. 

Relax in our 3 bedroom luxury oceanfront penthouse condo that was 
professionally decorated in a tropical "Tommy Bahama" style and 
includes ocean views from the balcony. Our top level, 6th floor 
penthouse condo is accessible by both elevator and stairs and 
features over 2000 square feet of elegantly appointed and furnished 
living space. The open floor plan allows easy access to the dining 
and living areas with views throughout. Our kitchen is spacious and 
is fully equipped. All cookware and tableware is included. 

Generous seating space is provided in the living area for you and 
your guests to relax. Enjoy the TV, a DVD and/or music while inside, 
or step outside and relax on the large balcony/terrace and enjoy 
morning coffee or an evening cocktail on our balcony dining table. 

The kitchen provides all the necessities and is nicely accented with 
dark wood cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel 
appliances and cute little breakfast table area for informal dining. 

The 3 bedrooms include a master with a pillow top king bed, tv 
set/DVD player, private bath, tub and separate shower, as well as 
his/hers vanities. The guest bedrooms are located at the opposite 
end of the unit for more privacy, and include one with a queen size 
bed and tv set/DVD player, and one with 2 extra long twins and a tv 
set/DVD player. We also have a queen sleeper sofa. 

Our luxury condo is nestled among the immaculate fairways of the 
Ocean Hammock Resort in the exclusive gated community of Cinnamon 
Beach. The Ocean Hammock Golf Club is also known as 'The Pebble 
Beach of the East'. Minutes away from Ocean Hammock is access to the 
Intercoastal waterway and 6 additional challenging golf courses. 

Our condo is a short walk from 2 Cinnamon beach clubhouses. The 
Ocean Clubhouse offers a secluded environment and a large heated 
pool overlooking the ocean, and chairs and umbrellas for use on the 
beach. The livelier Lake Clubhouse includes fitness facilities, a 
family pool area with a gradual slope for kids which includes 
a "water play, splash zone", TV lounge, and game room.

country. The links-style, par-72 course is a challenge and a 
pleasure for players of all levels. 

The property has sculpted grounds and two distinctly different 
clubhouses. The Lake Clubhouse with the family in mind, includes a 
family pool, a teen center, an entertainment room, a water 
playground, a fitness center and a small beach along the edge of the 
fresh-water lake.

The Ocean Clubhouse, designed with adults in mind, offers a secluded 
environment. It includes a spectacular swimming pool that appears to 
spill into the ocean, private cabanas, and a viewing tower 
overlooking the ocean.
