Superb for quiet, sunny mornings, this 1910-square foot home looks directly east over the Atlantic Ocean. Gorgeous sunrises mark yet another idyllic day and you can enjoy them from your private balcony. A round patio table seats four, with sun beds available as well. Below, the crashing waves seem close enough to touch.

Languid mornings with your family can unfold easily in the open-plan living area. Buttery yellow walls contrast well with the clear blue skies outside, and offset the rich furnishings. Set in carved wooden frames, 2 couches are decked in beige upholstery and contrasting accent cushions. An art deco armchair has dark floral upholstery - as many hibiscus inside as there are outside, in the resort’s stunning gardens.

A center coffee table and two side tables stash what you need them to, as well as tasteful houseplants. Indicative of the care and quality taken in furnishing this home, plantation prints are framed in thick mats and rich wood. When necessary, perhaps while watching a DVD, draw closed the thick fabric curtains and enjoy your home cinema. The overall look is finished and inviting.

Abutting your living room is a family dining area, set with a round, glass-topped table and 4 chairs. A sideboard, opposite, provides 2 further chairs if required and bar seating is available for more casually hanging out. A new kitchen has polished wood cupboards that perfectly suit the warm walls. Granite counters hold your provided kitchenware, including that crucial coffee maker and blender. All pots, pans and utensils are included and a Publix supermarket is just a few minutes’ drive away. This is a fantastic space in which to prepare pancake breakfasts, light snacks, beach picnics or gourmet meals.

The condo’s proximity to the resort’s two pools make it easy to easily come and go if you get hungry, though a poolside clubhouse has a restaurant as well.

The three bedrooms are outfitted to a fine hotel standard. Your master suite boasts a new king-sized bed and ornate entertainment unit, housing a TV and DVD player. Double aspect windows allow you to enjoy your ocean view from bed, from your spacious writing desk or through the open sliding doors leading to the balcony.

The indulgence continues in your en suite bathroom, where luxury finishings include his/hers vanities, a glass-enclosed shower stall and Jacuzzi-style soaking tub.

Your guests’ bedrooms feature a queen bed and two twins, with a sleeper sofa available for two, if required. These share a full bathroom, with large vanity unit, tall mirror and terra cotta tile work.
