The Main House is situated in the middle of 750 private acres (300+ hectares) and features 
spectacular views of Mount Monadnock and three states (Massachusetts, Vermont, and New Hampshire) 
from nearly every room! It is the most stunning estate in Southern New Hampshire. It is the perfect 
balance of man and nature: luxury living within a natural wildlife sanctuary! 

Go for an early morning walk or x-country ski and return for a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise. 
Take your friends or family on a nature hike and count deer, moose, rare birds, wild turkeys, 
beavers, and foxes. Walk to the 19th century, restored, historic mill-town of Harrisville for a 
charming lunch. Relax with your friends or family on the porch of the sunset cabin and watch the 
best sunset of your life as the glowing sun falls over the Green Mountains in Vermont. If you still
