LIVING
The great room is the heart of the home with its open living, dining and kitchen areas under vaulted wood-beamed ceilings with hardwood floors and stunning views of Lake Travis. The stone fireplace and comfy couches make it the coziest spot in the house. Enjoy the breathtaking views from the private, 300 square foot private deck with outdoor seating for relaxing and dining, a large BBQ and private, stone fire pit with additional seating below the deck. There is a park area between the home and the lake to allow for unobstructed views.
SLEEPING
Enjoy family time while having the privacy of bedrooms on separate sides of the home. The large master suite has the gorgeous lake views, a large bedroom with king bed, private bath with his and hers sinks, rain shower and large closet. The second and third beds are opposite the master with a queen bed in the second bedroom overlooking the lake and the third with a full bed and twin bunk beds. The second bath is in the hall between the bedrooms allowing privacy and no shared bedroom walls and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests. Enjoy your getaway with a perfect night’s sleep on the pillow top, mattresses and luxury linens. Washer and dryer provided.

Home Amenities
The kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining with state of the art appliances, all cooking and BBQ necessities and dinnerware and utensils for a large group. Entertain indoors and out with a large dining room, outdoor dining and seating on the patio and below. The living room has a large TV with full cable, DVD, VCR and stereo, games also provided. Master and queen bedroom with TVs and cable also provided and wireless throughout the home.
