Vacation Rental Description

This designer Log Cabin, with 5 acres of World-Class Trout Fishing 
and beaver ponds is surrounded by huge evergreen pine trees and 
situated on a private, peaceful 10 acre, 15 miles south of 
Breckenridge, Colorado.

Main Level - When you step in the front door you will step into a 
gorgeous kitchen with granite countertops, two drawer diswasher, 
microwave, and stainless steel appliances, which will leave the chef 
with nothing to be desired. The bar will seat 3 and a beautiful 
large dining table will seat 10-12 with other tables in the ajoining 
Great Room. 

The Great Room with 18” custon douglas fir logs, 30 ft ceiling, tons 
of windows viewing South Plate River and navigable beaver ponds, has 
beautiful furniture with TV and a large rock fireplace. You can open 
up a door to the deck where you can enjoy the river, mountains and 
the sun. 

The huge Master Suite with 25 ft ceilings and with river views, 
comes complete with a metal king bed, two-person jetted tub, shower, 
dual sinks, complete with heated tile floor, TV, and sitting area 
for a peaceful place to relax. 

Loft – A large loft above the kitchen and dining area looking over 
the Great Room contains a king size bed and two queens for 
additional sleeping.

Garden Level - Downstairs you will find a family room with seating, 
full wet bar, TV, small refrigerator with ice maker, and pool/ping 
pong table. Betweem two bedrooms, each with a queen and bunk bed 
(sleeping 4), is a full bath. A utility closet has a washer and 
dryer.

A door leading to the river is just steps from the secluded outdoor 
hot tub for eight with 116 jets which is a great private retreat 
after a day of hiking or skiing or a relaxing place to share quiet 
moments under the stars (no light pollution here!). 

Outside - this vacation cabin features a full playground with 
slides, four swings, climing ropes, fort, pinic table, and ample 
additional parking.

Owners - We are a family of 20 all living in Colorado Springs. We 
love and enjoy our Cabin as we know you will. This is a special gift
