bedroom, 1 bath cottage in Gulfport's historic art and beach  
district is just steps from Gulfport Beach and from the shopping and  
restaurants on Shore and Beach Boulevards.  
 
Imagine yourself on the screened front porch listening to the shore  
birds sing. Nestled in the luxuriously landscaped and lit yard, the  
screened porch provides a semi-private vantage point for your views  
towards the water.   
 
The living area is complete with very comfortable, cushioned wicker  
sleeper-sofa and loveseat.  Natural Roman shades and bamboo blinds  
contribute to the feel of the southern seas.  The bird-of-paradise  
wallpaper in the kitchen provides the perfect backdrop for preparing  
meals in the kitchen, complete with full-size appliances.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates below based on 7 night stays.  Shorter stays are available, nightly rate higher. 2-night min. 
 
May - July  $120 night plus tax & cleaning 
August - Nov 08  $110 night plus tax & cleaning 
Dec 08 - Apr 09  $150 
 
All rates subject to $85 departure cleaning fee. 
 
All rates and the cleaning fee are subject to 12% state/county tax. 
 
Please call or email about discounts for longer stays - they are  
available!  
 
Also, until confirmed, all rates are subject to change without  
notice. 
 
RESERVATION DEPOSITS & FINAL PAYMENT:   
One week or less: $300: balance due 3 weeks prior 
Longer than one week up to one month: $500 balance due 3 weeks prior 
Longer than one month: $700 balance due 60 days prior 
 
The deposit may be paid via cash, cashier's check, money order,  
traveler's checks (US funds only) or VISA, Mastercard, American  
Express  or Discover via PayPal.  The reservation deposit is applied  
against the total due. 
 
CANCELLATIONS:   
Cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival forfeit all monies  
paid. 
Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to arrival will  
result in a refund of the deposit, less a $100 handling fee.   
Reservations not paid in full prior to final payment due date will  
be cancelled.  No refunds given for early departures.  
 
CHANGES:  There is a $50 charge for modification of a confirmed  
reservation. 
 
PAYMENT:  All rates are in US Funds and are payable in US funds. 
 
From $80 to $240 per night depending on time of year and length of stay.  ($80 per night based on 1  
month stay August - November and $240 nightly rate based on 2 night stay December through April.   
Weekly stays average $138 per night, taxes and departure cleaning included.)
