(which closes off for privacy) oceanfront condo at the desirable
Sanddollar complex. Walk out on to our 26' screened-in porch
overlooking the ocean from the living room and also master bedroom.
Kitchen is fully equipped including breakfast bar. Our condo also
has dining room, living room, and fully equipped utility room with
full sized washer & dryer. Our unit is tastefully decorated and
furnished. Sanddollar is a low density complex (only 36 units), is
centrally located on Middle Gulf Drive, and has lush tropical
landscaping throughout the grounds.

Sanddollar has three tennis courts, a nice sized heated swimming
pool, and two patio areas with barbeque grills.
We have a storage room on the ground level with beach chairs & toys
for the beach.
Our unit has three cable televisions, DVD/CD player, stereo and games
for children.
Beachview Golf Course is nearby.
