Vacation Rental Description

Relax at a different "Latitude" with the tranquil aqua blue waters 
and white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico just a short stroll 
away. Beachside of 30-A and elegantly located in the widely 
popular "Summer's Edge", a charming community of family-oriented 
beach cottages, CHANGES IN LATITUDE offers guests plenty of room to 
unwind and refocus. 

This beautifully furnished house has tremendous panoramic views of 
the gulf from the third floor tower, and an overview of the 
neighborhood from the first and second level porches.  The spacious 
living, kitchen and dining area, all with hardwood floors and 
located on the first level, provides a wonderful opportunity to 
gather for those special moments vacations are made of.

The three bedrooms and three full baths sleeps 8-10, and comes 
equipped with a king, queen, a bunk room with 2 bunk beds, and a 
sleeper sofa.  Two of these bedrooms open to a second level porch 
where you will find comfortable lounging chairs. Each bedroom also 
comes equipped with a TV.  Special attention was given to the 
character of this beach house. Tall ceilings and wood floors 
complement the soothing colors and vibrant coastal artwork.

The community has its own pool and cabana house for getting together 
with neighbors and for your children to meet new friends.  The pool 
is heated during the cooler seasons for swimming comfort.  The 
beach, just over 200 yards away and through a deeded beach access 
remains perfect for sunbathing, fishing, strolling and swimming.

Highway 30-A is a special place. Bring the bicycles for cycling 
along the bike path, which connects the nearby coastal communities 
of Seaside, Watercolor, Rosemary Beach and Grayton Beach.  Kayaks, 
beach chairs, bicycles and umbrellas are all available for rental 
through local businesses. Excellent shopping and restaurants are 
close by and the area is home to many golf courses, all within a 20-
mile radius.  All this and more for that special "Latitude" vacation.

We book Sunday to Sunday for weekly rates during peak summer and 
spring break seasons.

Winter (11/15/07-03/01/09)...$185/night; $1,100/week
Spring (03/01/08-05/17/08)...$275/night; $1,650/week
Spring Break (03/08/08-04/14/08) $2,000/week..Weekly only
Summer (05/18/08-08/10/08) $2,150/week..Weekly only
3 night minimum stay required. Add 11% tax to rates. 50% deposit due
within 2 weeks. $125 cleaning fee if stay is less than 5 nights.
$300 Security Deposit, refunded after the unit is cleaned, if no 
damage. Additional security deposit may be required during spring 
break period.
Special rates: Thanksgiving, Labor Day, Christmas, New 
Year's...$1,650 weekly only
