Vacation Rental Description

is brand new.  The complex is private, and is gated with 24hour 
guard.  Superb ocean views from inside the greatroom, kitchen, the 
master bedroom create the setting for a wonderful getaway.  The 
condo structure is built significantly off grade allowing this first 
floor unit to have outstanding views while offering the ease of 
traffic to a first floor unit.  Additionally this is a "center" unit 
which adds the opportunity for an exceptionally large patio (3X 
larger than the standard Surf Club II balcony.  We would offer this 
as one of the most desirable in the complex.  

This unit is fully furnished including washer and dryer, linens, 
plates, towels, TV's, DVD, toaster, blender etc.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Underground garage parking, complete fitness center, three swimming 
pools of which 2 are ocean side, (one with gas grill), six tennis 
courts (two lighted for night), over 170 acres of nature preserve 
with bike and hiking trails, private intracoastal boathouse, boat 
dock, fishing, volleyball, shuffleboard make this experience a true 
adventure.  You can watch sunrises from  your bedroom over the ocean 
and sunsets from the back balcony or from the intracoastal pier.  

Activities and Attractions

Palm Coast is one of the last quiet beach areas in Florida.  It 
makes the perfect getaway from the stress of everyday life, 
providing the quiet and peaceful beach and all that oceanfront 
living has to offer.  

If you want to get out, St. Augustine, the nation's oldest city is 
20 minutes away and Orlando is less than 90 minutes.  Daytona is a 
mere 25 minutes.  

Vacation Rental Rates

Our standard rates are from $750-$2500 plus applicable Florida taxes
(Rates are subject to change).  Please inquire for exact rates

Guests must abide by the association bylaws and regulations which 
will be furnished to guests.  

$300-600 refundable security deposit required at reservation.  $75 
cleaning fee will be added to he rate.  Local phone service, and 
expanded basic cable is provided with the rental
