Gulfside Manor is a newly constructed direct Gulf Front building  
located in Indian Rocks Beach.  Gulfside Manor is a small comples  
with only 3 units.  Each unit is 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths  
featuring a jacuzzi bath tub in the master bathroom.  These well  
appointed condominiums are fully furnished and fully equipped with  
upgraded countertops and appliances in the kitchen.  The balconies,  
directly overlooking the beach and the Gulf of Mexico are accessible  
from the Master Bedroom and Living Room.  Each unit comes equipped  
with washer/dryer, cable TV's, DVD players, wireless internet  
connection. 
 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Gulfside Manor has it's own private beach access.  The heated pool  
and jacuzzi hot tub is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping.  The  
Gulfside Manor provides for all guests a barbeque grill, beach  
chairs to take to the beach and a guaranteed private beach  
accomodation.

Activities and Attractions

Indian Rocks Beach is only minutes away from St. Petersburg Beach  
and Clearwater Beach.  Major theme parks are only a 90 minute  
drive.  Indian Rocks Beach is a quiet beach community wiht lots of  
restaurants within walking distance from the Gulfside Manor. 
 
Beach activities such as boating, jet ski rentals, parasailing,  
golfing, tennis, biking etc... are nearby.

Vacation Rental Rates

9/8/07 - 12/14/07: $172/nt, $1200/wk 
12/15/07 - 4/11/08: $258/nt, $1800/wk 
4/12/08 - 9/5/08: $200/nt, $1400/wk 
9/6/08 - 12/19/08: $172/nt, $1200/wk 
10% surcharge added to above rates for Holiday weeks- Christmas, New  
Year, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th. 
$125 Cleaning fee, $125 Administrative Fee, $45 Security Damage  
Deposit Fee will be added and 12% Sales Tax.
