"Sunny Sea Stay" vacation home is located in a quiet, residential
area of Merritt Island minutes from Cocoa Beach, Disney theme parks
and Kennedy Space Center where there is an IMAX film theater and
full-scale replica of the Space Shuttle Explorer. Spend an entire
day visiting the center's educational and interactive displays, 3-D
shows, launch pads, gift shops and Astronaut Hall of Fame.

Take in the island’s lighthouse, miles of pristine coastline and the
Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge, home to a fascinating
collection of plant and animal species including red and black
mangroves, wild orchids, bald eagles, alligators, manatees and sea
turtles. Go parasailing, surfing, water-skiing, snorkeling, sailing,
and pier fishing or deep-sea fishing. Enjoy golf, tennis, horseback
riding, hiking, biking or just work on that gorgeous tan. Enjoy the
afternoon at live theater and quaint shops in nearby, historic Cocoa
Village. Boutiques and galleries feature local art, one-of-a-kind
crafts, jewelry, home accents, clothing and confections.

In the evening, eat at affordable restaurants offering the best,
freshly caught seafood from the area. Dine fine gourmet or family-
style. In just 40 minutes, travel to Orlando for evening disco or
nightly Disney fireworks. Come home to a comfortable, private home--

Our clean 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home offers the amenities you expect
plus a solar-panel heated pool. The large screened-in pool is 38x18
feet, holds 18,000 gallons of water and is 3 1/2 to 6 feet deep. It
is surrounded by privacy fence and tropical greenery. There is a
food and beverage pass-through, a charcoal grill and cozy outdoor
furniture. Enjoy a poolside barbecue that is bug-free! Watch rocket
launches from our yard (listings on the NASA channel). The 27" and
20" cable televisions, foosball table and air hockey game provide
you with additional entertainment.

"Sunny Sea Stay" is decorated in true coastal style with tropical
and nautical themes throughout. The master bedroom is spacious with
a king size bed and walk-in closet. The second bedroom is sizable
with a queen bed. Business to attend to? A combination office/third
bedroom provides the solitude and desk space you need. It has a
daybed with two twins. After a day of work or play, slip into the
private pool or Jacuzzi tub. Relax; this is the good life!
