Island Paradise @ Southwinds in Marco Island

Walk to beautiful Residents Beach from this recently renovated 2
bedroom condo at Southwinds. This 2nd floor condo overlooks a lovely
heated pool. One bedroom has a queen size bed, 2nd bedroom has twin
beds, and there is a pullout queen-size sofa in the living room.
Galley kitchen has new stove, microwave, refrigerator, appliances,
dishes, etc.
Please note: The beach that is "within walking distance" requires a
beach pass and the city will only issue those to non-residents if
they are renting for a minimum of one month.
There is now a new beach access that is about a 10 minute walk.  There are also 2 other beaches within 1-2 miles that you may access without a pass.

Lots of great restaurants, many with Ocean/Harborside dining. Movie
Theatre with food/beer/wine.
Island is only 6 miles long, so nothing it too far away and it is
easy to get around!
