Lakes. Two Minutes to beautiful downtown Old Forge which offers over
20 shops and stores. Many great restaurants and recreation for the
family. Winter has direct trail access to Town of Webb Snowmobile trails, Spring, Summer and Fall Old Forge Lake Cruises can take you on a 14 mile round trip
down the fulton chain of lakes. Take a ride on the Adirondack scenic
railroad for pristine mountain views of untouched nature. Take a
stroll through town where Ice cream shops line the streets for an
after dinner treat. Take the kids (big or small) to Calypsos Cove
where you can ride bumper boats, go-carts and play in there large
arcade just minutes away. Take a stroll to a private sandy beach on
1st Lake. Large Deck overlooks the woods. Great room offers 27 ft
ceilings and a large stone fireplace. Large Full Bar and lounge area
in the recreation room. Come enjoy your summer or winter with us. I
guarantee you will come back again and again to this something-for-
everyone town.

SUMMER 2013:/(June 21st - September 8th) $1700 Weekly, Friday to Friday Rentals. One week minumum. Independance week is at holiday rate $1975.00
FALL 2012':/ (September 7th - December 7th): $1325 Weekly / $500 Weekends / $250 nightly (two night minimum) Spend FALL Enjoying the most amazing Foliage.
WINTER 2013:/ (December 7th - April 1st): E-mail or call for availability
4 miles from Ski Resort.
Utility fees may apply for excessive usage.
Please Inquire for Holiday Rates which are subject to change. Rental rates during fall, winter, and spring are in place to help accomodate smaller groups. Occupancy will affect rental rates, Please Inquire with any questions.
$125 Cleaning fee assessed to all rentals unless agreed upon by the owner. $500 security deposit. Prices and deposits subject to change.
$100 Pet occupancy fee (where applicable, non refundable)
