for two, or from the wonderful 6 person hot tub, then venture out to 
explore all the wonders of these beautiful mountains! View Chalet is 
about ten minutes to downtown Asheville, the Blue Ridge Parkway, the 
Biltmore House, and the airport.

Come be deliciously spoiled by our amenities - amazing massage chair, 
powerful 6 person hot tub, ultra lush mattresses including 2 kings,
sumptuous bedding with 550-count sheets and thick soft towels, 
beautiful furnishings, 52 inch HDTV with HDMI and digital premium 
stations , high-speed wireless Internet connection, children's 
playroom with playhouse, plus an outdoor fort with slide, swings, 
climbing wall & rope ladder.  But, best of all are the spectacular 
mountain views that will take your breath away!

Enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen complete with Kitchen Aid cookware, 
fun hand-painted dishes, quality flatware, sharp cooking knives, 
coffee maker, coffee grinder, crock pot, plenty of pots, pans, baking 
dishes & plenty of kitchen accessories & gadgets to please any cook. 
And, yes, you can cook with gas! There is a second full refrigerator 
for packing away food for an entire week!

The gracious dining room looks out on astounding views in several 
directions.  Dine inside on the beautiful table or go out the sliding 
glass doors to the deck beyond to eat alfresco.  This front patio 
area feels like a second living room for relaxing & visiting while 
you take in the fresh air & mountain views.  For a change of setting, 
you can also enjoy the large back deck off the kitchen where there is 
another eating area & views of the Blue Ridge Parkway.  Wherever you 
sit, you can watch the scenes unfold from early morning mists, crisp 
clear view after a rain or the hues of the sunset sky.

There are 5 televisions throughout the home and an extensive video 
library to make your movie selections.  Each bedroom has its own TV 
with easy to use built-in VCR/DVD, as well as a digital 52 inch wide 
screen HDTV with HDMI 16:9 & surround sound and premium movie 
channels in the living room and a big 36 inch TV in the family room.  
There is a large movie video library and fun board games for added 
entertainment.  

For your added convenience, there is a full size high tech washer and 
dryer in the laundry room for your use.  Try it out to see if you 
want one for your own home!

As with all our luxury homes, we have elegant comfortable 
furnishings, wonderful art work, incredible massage chair, 6 person 
hot tub, high speed wireless Internet connection, luxurious bedding 
with 400+ thread-count sheets and butter soft blankets, extra-soft 
plush towels, central air conditioning, and all the extra little 
touches you have come to expect from us!

For your little ones, our small 4th bedroom with a twin bed has an 
adorable playhouse, stuffed animals, toys, books, games, and a 
wonderful 8' x 10' jungle mural of happy animals!  (Ask for our

For large groups needing extra sleeping areas, both the living room 
and family room have queen sleeper sofas and curtains/doors that will 
give you privacy.  There are also 1 queen and 2 twin air beds.

festivals filled with music, dance, arts & crafts, There are family 
events, concerts, cinemas and museums, For golfers, there are 
numerous courses including Jack Nicholas newly designed world class 
championship golf course, The Cliffs, There is skiing, white water 
rafting, you name it! Check out the new Fun Depot for a wealth of 
indoor fun, Sightseeing along the Blue Ridge Parkway is outstanding 
with many hiking trails & waterfalls along the way, These ancient 
Appalachian Mountains is home to mountain music & dancing, Several 
times a week you can test your dancing shoes at Contra Dancing with 
live upbeat Celtic music.

Vacation Rental Rates

Off Season Nightly Rate:  $255 for 1 - 2 guests
In Season Nightly Rate:   $295 for 1 - 4 guests
Add $20 per each additional guest per night.
Children & Infants are counted as guests.
This homes sleeps up to 11 guests. 

Off Season Weekly Rate (40% off nightly rate):
$1407 for 1 - 6 guests.  $84 per week each additional guest.
Jan., Feb, March, April, Sept., Nov., Dec (except holidays)

In Season Weekly Rate  (20% off nightly rate):
$1876 for 1 - 6 guests.   $112 per week each additional guest
May, June, July, August, October (except holidays)

Holidays: (Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years)
$2345 for 1 - 6 guests.  $140 per week each additional guest.

Add to rates 11% Taxes and $100 - $200 Cleaning fee depending on number of guests.

Pets must be preapproved at time of reservation.  There is a $15/night per pet rent.
