#355, the "Crowd Pleaser" at 81 Jeffrey Lane, Trader's Landing, 
is a brand new 3,114 square foot home across the street from the 
Maryland's beautiful Deep Creek Lake and just a short drive to WISP 
Ski Resort on U.S. 219. The house, completed in mid 2003, is 
centrally located at the Roman Ridge development. It is 
professionally decorated (be sure to check out the pictures)and 
sumptuously equipped to assure a memorable escape for up to 10

Enjoy pleasant lake views from two elevated decks, soak in the hot 
tub, enjoy fun and games in the family room or sip your favorite 
beverage in front of the gas fireplace (no wood to carry, instant on 
and no ashes to clean up).    
Other features include use of a boat slip just across the street and 
full-size garage. Five televisions with cable and DVD plaoyers, one 
VCR player, air conditioning, washer/dryer, air hockey, foosball, as 
well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, full 
oven, range, coffee maker,blender, dishes, pots, pans, silverware 
and microwave. The large dining room table seats eight with counter and counter 
stools to seat an additional three guests.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Four bedrooms including: 1st floor-King with full bath, 2nd floor-
Master bedroom with King, twin sleeper and full bath including a 
whirlpool tub and shower. Bedroom with two twin size beds and full 
bath. 3rd Floor-Queen bed with full-size day bed and full bath. 1/2 
guest bath also on first floor. Three bedrooms have a remote control 
color television.
The gameroom in basement includes air hockey table and foosball 
table. A large hot tub is located just outside the gameroom. The hot 
tub is professional cleaned and serviced after every guest stay.

Activities and Attractions

Trader's Landing with restaurants, sporting goods and shopping is 
just steps away from the front door(great coffee and pizza shop)! 
Wisk Ski resort less than 3 miles away. The lake is across the 
street. 
A movie theatre, restaurants, golf, boat rentals, shopping and more 
are all less than three miles in both directions. Use of our dock is 
included with the unit.

Vacation Rental Rates

These rates include ALL charges...housekeeping, fresh linens, taxes, local fees and damage 
insurance. We also have a local agency to handle your contract, deposit, check-in and to handle any 
questions or problems that might come up during your stay. No extras or hidden charges! If a 
discount is published, you can subtract it from this rate.

The above prices INCLUDES 5% Maryland Sales Tax, 5% Garrett County 
Occupany Tax and a $42 Administration Fee. and "Peace of Mind" 
property damage policy at $40 per stay. Optional Travel 
Insurance is available for 4.5% of the base rental rate.
*Check ins during the week of Thanksgiving 2008 are subject to a 10% 
surcharge added onto the above rates.
