Vacation Rental Description

Our Charming Original 1909 Beach House is located five blocks to  
beach. This Historic Beach House has been fully upgraded in an  
artistic fashion with modern conveniences.  
 
Although minutes away from the fun and excitement of Hermosa's  
beach, restaurants and bars, once 'home' our cottage offers a  
tranquil and relaxing environment. 
  
Many artistic features are present in the house including a metal  
art and unique lighting. The rear of the house opens out  
into a peaceful private stone garden with a large deck and fountain.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The house electronics include high speed wireless internet. The  
living room is furnished with 2 leather sofas one of which features  
the newly designed and patented 'Comfort Sleeper'. There is a 36"  
high definition TV with cable and DVD. The house sound system  
features JBL surround sound with individual room volume controls  
throughout the house.  
The kitchen is fully equipped to accomodate your dining experience 
(cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, place settings etc. 
The cottage offers a travertine stone bathroom with a glass shower  
sporting a rain and hand shower. There is an 8 jet jacuzzi whirlpool  
tub. The hotwater system provides for continuous hot water.  
One of the bedrooms has a brand new 'Ultra' Pillowtop Sealy  
Posturepedic queen bed and a 17" LCD flat panel TV. The second  
bedroom also has a new Pillowtop Sealy Posturepedic queen bed and a  
20" LCD flat screen TV with a VHS/DVD player. Both bedrooms contain  
unique one-of-a-kind art pieces. 
The rear bedroom has french doors opening out onto a large deck  
where there is a teak dining table seating 8. There is a stainless  
gas bar-b-q grill and a heat lamp.  
There is a washer and dryer and beach gear for you to enjoy. Beach  
gear includes bikes a bikes, boogie boards, skim board, beach  
towels, beach umbrella, and coolers.
